Target Information
IL-27은 IL-12 패밀리에 속하는 이형이량체 단백질로, p40 관련 단백질 EBI3와 IL-12p35 관련 단백질 p28(IL-30)로 구성되어 있습니다. 활성화된 항원제시세포(APCs)와 성숙 수지상세포에서 생성되며, NK 세포와 미성숙 CD4+ T 세포에 작용합니다.
IL-27은 WSX-1/TCCR 및 gp130 수용체를 통해 JAK1, STAT1, STAT3을 활성화하며, Th1 면역반응의 개시와 관련이 있습니다.
또한 IL-27은 T-bet 발현을 유도하고 GATA-3를 억제하여 Th1 분화를 촉진합니다. 최근 연구에서는 IL-27이 항종양 활성을 가지며, CTL 활성을 증가시키고 종양 성장을 억제하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
