Product Specific Information
The 28-14-8 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I, H-2D^b, and cross-reacts with H-2L^d, H-2D^q, and/or H-2L^q. Binding to the alpha 3 domain of H-2L^d is independent of beta2-microglobulin.
Each product contains:
- 1 vial of NovaFluor conjugate
- 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes at ≤0.6 µg per test (100 µL final volume).
Usage Notes:
- Optimize antibody titration for best assay performance.
- NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI).
- Recommended viability dye: Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains.
- Use CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01) for optimal staining.
- Add 5 µL per sample to antibody cocktails or single-color controls.
