Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름)
- 항체는 실온에서 동결건조 상태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주 보관 가능
- 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주 후 -20°C에 보관
- 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피할 것
- 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리
Target Information
Serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT)은 중추 및 말초 신경계, 심혈관계, 위장관계에서 다양한 생리적 과정을 조절하는 중요한 인자로 알려져 있습니다.
5-HT1 수용체 아형 중 하나인 5-HT1B는 adenylyl cyclase와 음성적으로 결합하며, substantia nigra, dorsal subiculum, globus pallidus, superior collicum 등에서 발현됩니다.
In situ hybridization 연구에서는 hippocampus CA1 pyramidal cell, cerebellum Purkinje cell, olfactory tubercle, subthalamic nucleus 등에서 풍부하게 발현됨을 보고했습니다.
