Target Information
NF-kB transcription factor는 DNA 결합 서브유닛과 관련 단백질로 구성된 단백질 복합체로 처음 확인되었습니다. p105의 N-말단에서 유래한 p50과 달리, p52는 p100에서 절단되어 생성되며 p65와 시너지 작용을 통해 HIV enhancer를 활성화합니다. NF-kB는 다양한 세포 유형에서 발현되며, 핵과 세포질에 존재합니다.
