Target Information
Nucleolin (NCL)은 진핵세포의 핵소체 인산화 단백질로, 리보솜의 합성과 성숙 과정에 관여합니다. 주로 핵소체의 치밀 섬유 영역(dense fibrillar regions)에 위치하며, 인간 NCL 유전자는 약 11kb 길이로 14개의 엑손과 13개의 인트론으로 구성되어 있습니다. 인트론 11에는 U20이라 불리는 작은 핵소체 RNA가 암호화되어 있습니다.
