Target Information

Nucleolin (NCL)은 진핵세포의 핵소체 인산단백질로, 리보솜의 합성과 성숙에 관여합니다. 주로 핵소체의 조밀 섬유 영역(dense fibrillar regions)에 위치하며, 인간 NCL 유전자는 약 11kb 크기로 14개의 엑손과 13개의 인트론으로 구성되어 있습니다. 특히 인트론 11은 U20이라 불리는 소형 핵소체 RNA를 암호화합니다.
