Target Information
Nucleolin (NCL)은 진핵세포의 핵소체 인산화 단백질로, 리보솜의 합성과 성숙 과정에 관여합니다. 주로 핵소체의 치밀한 섬유성 영역에 위치하며, 인간 NCL 유전자는 약 11kb 길이로 14개의 엑손과 13개의 인트론을 포함합니다. NCL 유전자의 인트론 11은 U20이라 불리는 작은 핵소체 RNA를 암호화합니다.
