- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
For formalin-fixed tissues, heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Prolactin (PRL)은 젖 분비 자극, 염분 및 수분 조절, 성장, 발달 및 생식에 관여하는 뇌하수체 호르몬입니다. PRL은 세포막의 PRL 수용체에 결합하여 신호전달 경로를 활성화합니다. PRL 수용체(PRLR)는 사이토카인 수용체 계열에 속하며, 조직 및 종에 따라 약 40~100 kDa 범위의 크기를 가지는 단백질입니다. PRLR은 prolactin 결합 부위를 포함한 5개의 시스테인을 가진 세포외 영역, 단일 막관통 영역, 그리고 리간드 결합 및 세포 기능을 조절하는 세포질 영역으로 구성됩니다.
