- 예측 반응 종: 인간, 랫, 침팬지, 붉은털원숭이, 개, 소, 닭 (서열 상동성 기반)
- Western blot 시 시료를 끓이는 것은 권장되지 않음
- 비환원 조건에서 약 150 kDa 밴드로 나타나며, 환원 시 약 25 kDa(light chain)과 50 kDa(heavy chain) 밴드로 분리됨
- 재조합 토끼 단클론 항체는 면역 반응성 토끼로부터 항체 DNA 서열을 클로닝하여 in vitro 발현 시스템에서 생산됨
