APC-eFluor® 780 Rat IgG2b Isotype Control은 유세포분석(flow cytometry)에 적합하며, 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용합니다.
- Excitation: 633–647 nm
- Emission: 780 nm
- Laser: Red Laser
- Light Sensitivity: 광산화에 민감하므로 시료 및 바이알을 빛으로부터 보호하십시오.
- Fixation: IC Fixation Buffer 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution을 사용하여 4°C 암조건에서 최대 3일 보관 가능.
- Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
