Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Protein phosphatase that mediates dephosphorylation of proteins phosphorylated on Tyr and Ser/Thr residues.
In vitro, it can dephosphorylate p44-ERK1 (MAPK3) but not p54 SAPK-beta (MAPK10).
Able to enhance activation of JNK and p38 (MAPK14).
