Target Information
AXL은 만성 골수성 백혈병 관련 종양유전자이며, 대장암 및 흑색종과도 관련이 있습니다. AXL 단백질은 세포외 기질에서 성장 인자(예: GAS6)와 결합하여 세포 증식을 자극하는 신호를 전달하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제입니다. TAM 수용체는 또한 세포사멸세포의 식세포작용에 관여하며, TAM 수용체가 결핍된 마우스는 자가면역 현상과 관련된 퇴행성 표현형을 보입니다. 또한 AXL은 필로바이러스의 잠재적 수용체로 작용할 수 있으며, 특정 인간 혈액 수지상세포 하위집단(Siglec 6+/Axl+ DCs)의 표지자로 사용됩니다. AXL 발현은 TLR 리간드(LPS, poly I:C 등)에 의해 상향 조절될 수 있으며, 용해형 AXL은 막형태의 단백질이 단백분해되어 생성됩니다. 혈장 내 AXL 농도 증가는 염증 및 암의 지표가 될 수 있습니다.
