Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME1 was identified due to reduced mRNA transcript levels in highly metastatic cells. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer composed of A (NME1) and B (NME2) isoforms. Mutations in NME1 are associated with aggressive neuroblastomas. Two transcript variants encode different isoforms, and co-transcription with NME2 generates fusion proteins sharing identity with both gene products.
