Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일간 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 -20°C에서 소분하여 보관합니다. 여러 번의 동결 및 해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액은 10,000 × g에서 5분간 원심분리하십시오.
Target Information
TRPC2는 수용체 활성화 칼슘 투과성 양이온 채널을 형성하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 인산이노시톨 2차 신호전달계에 의해 조절됩니다. 이 채널은 intracellular calcium store depletion에 의해 활성화되지 않습니다. 주로 vomeronasal organ의 감각 미세융모(neuron)에서 발현되며, transient receptor family의 STrpC subfamily에 속합니다. 3개의 ANK 반복을 포함합니다.
