Target Information
CSNK1D (CK1 delta) is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a critical role in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which is important in both development and cancer. The encoded protein is also involved in the regulation of apoptosis, circadian rhythm, microtubule dynamics, chromosome segregation, and p53-mediated effects on growth. It shows high similarity to mouse and rat CK1 delta homologs, and three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
