Target Information
TESK2 (testis-specific kinase 2)는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, N-terminal kinase domain을 가지며 LIMK/TESK family에 속합니다. TESK2는 주로 고환과 전립선에서 발현되며, 정자 형성(spermatogenesis)에 중요한 역할을 합니다. TESK2는 cofilin을 Ser-3 위치에서 인산화하여 actin stress fiber 및 focal adhesion 형성을 유도합니다.
