Target Information
Mox1과 glycoprotein gp91-phox는 NADPH oxidase의 필수 구성 요소로, superoxide를 생성하는 복합체의 일부입니다. 이 복합체는 식세포, 신경상피체, 혈관 평활근세포, 내피세포 등에서 발현됩니다.
NADPH oxidase는 막 결합형 flavocytochrome(gp91-phox, p22-phox)과 세포질 단백질(p47-phox, p67-phox)로 구성되어 있습니다.
gp91-phox와 p22-phox는 저산소 조건에서 세포 신호를 유도하는 산소 감지 기능도 수행합니다.
Mox1과 gp91-phox는 C-말단 서열이 동일하지만 발현 패턴이 다르며, gp91-phox는 호산구, 호중구, 단핵구, B-림프구에서, Mox1은 주로 대장에서 발현됩니다.
