Target Information
Fibrinogen은 혈장 내 존재하는 응고 단백질로, 혈관 손상 시 트롬빈에 의해 절단되어 fibrin을 형성합니다. Fibrin은 혈전의 주요 구성 성분이며, Fibrinogen은 FGA, FGB, FGG의 세 쌍의 사슬로 이루어진 이합체 형태를 가집니다. 이들은 N-말단 부위에서 이황화 결합으로 연결되어 있으며, plasmin에 의해 분해될 때 D 도메인 2개와 E 도메인 1개로 분리됩니다. 해당 유전자의 돌연변이는 dysfibrinogenemia, afibrinogenemia, 및 renal amyloidosis와 같은 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
