The A2F10 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD135 (Flk2/Flt3), a 135–150 kDa tyrosine kinase receptor expressed on primitive progenitor cells in fetal liver and adult bone marrow. Two-color staining with A2F10 and markers such as CD45R/B220 or CD11b identifies Flk-2 positive B-cell or myeloid subpopulations.
- Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
- Applications Tested: Tested on mouse bone marrow cells at ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration recommended.
- Light Sensitivity: Protect from light due to photo-induced oxidation.
- Fixation: Samples may be stored up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark using IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54).
