Target Information
IKK alpha/beta는 인간의 CHUK (conserved helix-loop-helix ubiquitous kinase)와 IKKB (inhibitor of kappa light polypeptide gene enhancer in B-cells) 유전자에 의해 각각 염색체 10과 8에 위치합니다.
NF-kB 경로를 활성화하는 TNF alpha와 같은 자극에 의해 IKK 복합체의 두 서브유닛(α, β)과 조절인자 NEMO (IKK γ)는 IkB 단백질을 인산화시켜 유비퀴틴 매개 분해를 유도하고, NF-kB의 인산화를 통해 핵으로 이동하게 합니다.
Ser176 및 Ser180의 인산화는 키나아제 활성화를 위해 필요한 구조적 변화를 유도합니다.
