Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FNDC4 acts as an anti-inflammatory factor in the intestine and colon. It binds to and acts on macrophages to downregulate pro-inflammatory gene expression and affects key macrophage functions, including phagocytosis. This occurs partly via STAT3 activation and signaling, and may be required to dampen the immunological response in colitis.
