Target Information
Sortilin은 골지체 내 단백질 수송에 관여하는 정렬 수용체로, 세포 표면에서는 제거 수용체로 작용합니다.
M6PR(만노스-6-인산 수용체)과 독립적인 경로를 통해 단백질을 골지체에서 리소좀으로 운반하며, 또한 엔도솜으로의 수송에도 필요합니다.
신경세포 사멸을 촉진하는 proBDNF 및 proNGFB의 내재화를 매개하여 신경세포 사멸에 관여합니다. 또한, Sortilin은 neurotensin의 수용체로도 작용합니다.
