This HiDip slide is recommended for differential & presumptive identification of microorganisms and total bacteria count. HiCrome™ Universal Agar-Recommended for presumptive identification & confirmation of microorganisms from clinical and non- clinical . It detects presence of ß-glucosidase and ß-D-galactosidase. PCA : Recommended for determination of plate counts of microorganisms in food, water, waste water & clinical . Also called as Standard Methods Agar. It is recommended by APHA and FDA for determination of counts.
