Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They are composed of multiple different recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity of monoclonal antibodies, and providing consistent performance across lots.
Functionally similar to polyclonal antibodies, they recognize multiple epitopes and offer higher detection sensitivity for low-abundance targets. Each recombinant Superclonal™ antibody has a defined mixture of light and heavy chains, eliminating biological variability.

Target Information
Granzyme B is a member of the granzyme serine protease family found in cytotoxic T cells and NK cells. It plays a key role in inducing apoptosis in target cells through caspase-3 activation and mitochondrial pathways.
Granzyme B interacts with the mannose 6-phosphate receptor functioning as a death receptor during cytotoxic T cell-induced apoptosis. It is also known as CGL1 and CTLA-1, expressed specifically in cytotoxic lymphocytes.
Granzymes are neutral serine proteases stored in lytic granules of CTLs and NK cells. Multiple granzymes (A–G) have been identified in mice, while fewer have been cloned in humans.
