- In direct ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant mouse IL-1 RI, IL-1 RII, human IL-1 R3–R9, or rat IL-1 R6.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
IL18R1 is a cytokine receptor belonging to the interleukin 1 receptor family. It specifically binds interleukin 18 (IL18) and is essential for IL18-mediated signal transduction. IFN-alpha and IL12 can induce its expression in NK and T cells.
The IL18R1 gene, along with IL1R2, IL1R1, ILRL2 (IL-1Rrp2), and IL1RL1 (T1/ST2), forms a gene cluster on chromosome 2q.
