- 유비퀴틴 카복실 말단 하이드롤레이스 패밀리(C12)에 속하며, 유비퀴틴 하이드롤레이스 및 리가아제 활성을 가집니다.
- 신경세포, 신경섬유, 신경내분비세포, 신장세뇨관 일부, 정소의 정원세포 및 Leydig 세포, 난자, 황체 세포 등 다양한 조직에서 발현됩니다.
