Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Vesicle-associated membrane protein-associated protein B/C (VAPB) is encoded by the VAPB gene located on human chromosome 20.
The protein is a type IV membrane protein found in plasma and intracellular vesicle membranes. It exists as both homodimers and heterodimers (with VAPA) and interacts with VAMP1 and VAMP2, playing a role in vesicle trafficking.
