• Description: Rat IgG2b, kappa monoclonal antibody used as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
• Reported Applications: Flow cytometric analysis.
• Tested Applications: Flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
• Fluorochrome Information: PerCP-eFluor® 710 can replace PE-Cy5, PE-Cy5.5, or PerCP-Cy5.5.
  • Excitation: 488 nm
  • Emission: 710 nm
  • Recommended filters: 685 LP dichroic mirror and 710/40 band pass filter (alternative: 695/40 BP).
• Fixation: Stable in 2% formaldehyde overnight at 4°C (evaluate for other fixation methods).
• Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
