Product Specific Information

Description: Rat IgG2b, kappa monoclonal antibody used as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Reported Applications: Flow cytometric analysis.
Tested Applications: Flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Fluorochrome Information: PerCP-eFluor® 710 can replace PE-Cy5, PE-Cy5.5, or PerCP-Cy5.5.
- Excitation: 488 nm
- Emission: 710 nm
- Recommended filters: 685 LP dichroic mirror and 710/40 band pass filter (alternative: 695/40 BP).
Fixation: Stable in 2% formaldehyde overnight at 4°C (evaluate for other fixation methods).
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
