Product Specific Information

The monoclonal antibody M1-14D12 recognizes Mouse IgG1 antibodies and is used as a secondary reagent in flow cytometry and microscopy. It does not recognize other mouse isotypes or rat antibodies.
This antibody is tested for flow cytometric analysis and can be used at ≤0.25 µg per test (100 µL volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimal titration is recommended.

Fluorochrome Information:
PerCP-eFluor® 710 can substitute for PE-Cy5, PE-Cy5.5 or PerCP-Cy5.5.

• Emission: 710 nm
• Excitation: 488 nm (Blue laser)
  Recommended filters: 685 LP dichroic mirror and 710/40 band pass (or 695/40 alternative).
  Stable when exposed to freshly prepared 2% formaldehyde overnight at 4°C.
  Post-manufacturing filtered through 0.2 µm.
