Target Information
ELK1은 serum response element (SRE)에 결합하는 삼중 복합체의 구성 요소로, 혈청 및 성장 인자에 대한 반응으로 유전자 활성을 매개합니다.
MAP kinase 경로에 의해 C-말단의 S/T 모티프 클러스터에서 인산화되며, 특히 Ser383 위치의 인산화가 ELK1의 전사 활성화에 중요합니다.
ELK1은 활성화된 MAP kinase의 직접적인 표적이며, 생화학적 연구에서 ELK1이 MAP kinase의 좋은 기질임을 보여줍니다.
ELK1은 ras-raf-MAPK 신호 전달 경로의 핵 내 표적이며, 동일 단백질을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
