Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색에는 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 조직 절편을 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 과정이 필요합니다.
