이 항체는 CD82의 세포 외부/luminal epitope을 인식하며, CD82는 tetraspanin 계열의 널리 발현되는 세포 표면 단백질입니다. 또한 endosome/lysosome 구획에서도 발견됩니다.
권장 희석 비율은 전혈 100 µL 또는 부유 상태의 1×10⁶ 세포에 대해 적용됩니다.
Target Information
CD82는 전이 억제 유전자로 알려진 막당단백질이며, transmembrane 4 superfamily에 속합니다. 인간 암의 종양 진행 과정에서 발현이 감소하며, p53에 의해 프로모터의 결합 서열을 통해 활성화될 수 있습니다. p53과 CD82의 발현은 밀접히 연관되어 있으며, 두 단백질의 발현 소실은 전립선암 환자의 생존율 저하와 관련이 있습니다.
이 유전자는 두 가지 상이한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사체를 가지고 있습니다.
