Target Information
Dynamin은 클라트린 코팅 소낭의 세포막 내 이입(endocytosis)에 필요한 GTPase입니다.
Drosophila melanogaster의 온도 민감성 돌연변이인 shibire에서 처음 그 역할이 밝혀졌습니다.
포유류에서는 Dynamin1, Dynamin2, Dynamin3의 세 가지 유사 아이소폼이 존재하며, 각각 신경세포, 전신, 고환에서 주로 발현됩니다.
각 아이소폼은 여러 스플라이스 변형을 가지며, 서로 다른 세포 내 표적 또는 소낭 유형에 관여할 수 있습니다.
Dynamin은 GTPase 도메인, pleckstrin homology 도메인, 그리고 여러 SH3 도메인을 포함하는 proline-rich C-말단 영역을 가지고 있습니다.
이 SH3 도메인은 Dynamin을 클라트린 코팅 소낭으로 유도합니다.
또한 Dynamin은 AP2 어댑터 단백질 복합체 및 amphiphysin과 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
