- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human Plexin C1, Plexin D1, or recombinant mouse Plexin A1, A2, A3 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

It serves as a receptor for SEMA4D, playing a role in RHOA activation and actin cytoskeleton reorganization.
