- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human ADAMTS1, ADAMTS4, ADAMTS5, or ADAMTS-L1.2 was observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

ADAMTS13는 ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motif) 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다.
이 패밀리의 구성원은 propeptide 영역, metalloproteinase 도메인, disintegrin-like 도메인, thrombospondin type 1 (TS) 모티프 등을 공유합니다.
각 단백질은 C-말단 TS 모티프의 수나 고유한 C-말단 도메인에서 차이를 보입니다.
ADAMTS13 효소는 von Willebrand Factor (vWF)-cleaving protease로, vWF 분자의 Tyr842-Met843 부위를 절단합니다.
이 효소의 결핍은 혈전성 혈소판감소성 자반증(thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura)과 관련이 있습니다.
