USP10 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 10)
USP10 is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family of cysteine proteases. It catalyzes the cleavage of ubiquitin from ubiquitin-conjugated substrates such as p53/TP53, SNX3, and CFTR. USP10 is identified as a subunit of DNA-bound androgen receptor (AR) complexes and may regulate AR activity. It also plays a critical role in maintaining p53 stability and functions as a potential tumor suppressor.
