This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).

Target Information
CD97 is a G-protein-coupled seven-span transmembrane adhesive receptor expressed on granulocytes and monocytes, and rapidly upregulated on T and B cells upon activation. It exists in alternatively spliced forms, with CD55 (DAF) as its ligand, which protects cells from complement-mediated damage. CD97–CD55 interaction facilitates leukocyte activation and migration, and CD97 is implicated in tumor migration, invasiveness, T cell regulation, and granulocyte homeostasis.
