Target Information
ADAM15 단백질은 ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase) 계열에 속하는 type I 막관통 당단백질입니다.
이 계열 단백질은 세포 부착 및 cytokine, adhesion molecule의 ectodomain 절단 과정에 관여합니다.
ADAM15는 zinc-binding metalloprotease, disintegrin-like, EGF-like domain을 포함하며, integrin β3 및 Src family kinase와 상호작용하여 세포 부착 및 신호 전달에 기여합니다.
여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 변형체가 존재합니다.
