이 계열 단백질은 세포 부착 및 cytokine, adhesion molecule의 ectodomain 절단 과정에 관여합니다.
ADAM15는 zinc-binding metalloprotease, disintegrin-like, EGF-like domain을 포함하며, integrin β3 및 Src family kinase와 상호작용하여 세포 부착 및 신호 전달에 기여합니다.
