For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Protein NUMB homolog is an evolutionarily conserved protein that regulates the differentiation of neuronal progenitor cells.
NUMB participates in clathrin-dependent endocytosis via interaction with the AP-2 complex and is expressed in postmitotic neurons, contributing to axonal growth.
Neural cells expressing short phosphotyrosine-binding (SPTB) domain isoforms of Numb exhibit extensive neurite outgrowth, which can be inhibited by VGCC inhibitors or Ca²⁺ chelators.
