Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색은 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.
Target Information
이 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 다른 carbonic anhydrase 유전자들과 서열 유사성이 있어 CA-related protein으로 명명되었습니다. 그러나 이 단백질은 탄산 탈수효소 활성을 가지지 않으며, 서열 상의 유사성으로 인해 carbonic anhydrase 계열로 분류됩니다.
마우스에서 신경학적 결함을 가진 lurcher 변이체의 소뇌에서 CA8 유전자 전사가 결여되어 있는 것은, 이 효소 비활성 형태가 중요한 생리적 역할을 수행함을 시사합니다.
