- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색은 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.
