Target Information
MUSK plays an important and selective role in skeletal muscle development and function through postsynaptic differentiation and formation of end-plate bands in cooperation with Rapsyn.
It is part of the agrin signaling complex and contributes to the development and maintenance of the neuromuscular junction.
Receptor tyrosine kinase activity is regulated by ligand binding to the extracellular active site of the receptor.
