Product Specific Information
Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. After reconstitution, keep aliquots at -20°C for higher stability, and at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent.
Target Information
LRRK2 is a multidomain protein that includes a kinase domain, a GTPase domain, and a leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domain. Mutations in LRRK2 have been associated with Parkinson’s disease. LRRK2 belongs to the leucine-rich repeat kinase family and encodes a protein containing ankyrin repeats, a leucine-rich repeat domain, a kinase domain, a DFG-like motif, a RAS domain, a GTPase domain, a MLK-like domain, and a WD40 domain. The protein is largely cytoplasmic but also associates with the mitochondrial outer membrane.
