- This antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) ULBP-1 or rhULBP-2.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
UL16-binding protein 3 (ULBP3) is an extended member of the MHC class I superfamily. It lacks the alpha 3 domain and the transmembrane domain. ULBP3 binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, mediating natural killer cell cytotoxicity.
