Target Information
GRK1은 G 단백질 결합 수용체 키나아제(GRK) 서브패밀리에 속하는 Ser/Thr 단백질 키나아제로, 시각 색소 로돕신의 탈활성화를 유도하여 간상세포의 광 자극 탈감작을 매개합니다.
GRK1의 결함은 Oguchi disease 2(정지성 야맹증 Oguchi type-2)를 유발할 수 있습니다.
또한 GRK1은 PKA에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 이는 GRK1의 로돕신 인산화 능력을 감소시킵니다.
PKA에 의한 GRK1의 인산화는 암소(cAMP 농도가 높은 상태)에서 발생하는 것으로 추정됩니다.
