- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human and mouse Flt-3 Ligand is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).

It is involved in hematopoietic stem cell differentiation and Ras signaling pathways.

It plays a key role in dendritic cell (DC) development, especially in plasmacytoid DCs and CD8⁺ classical DCs, linking innate and adaptive immunity.
