Target Information
Alpha Tubulin은 α 및 β tubulin 서브유닛으로 구성된 이종이합체의 일부로, 미세소관(microtubule)의 기본 구성 요소입니다. 미세소관은 대부분의 진핵세포에서 구조적 지지 및 세포 내 수송 경로로 작용하며, 세포분열에도 중요한 역할을 합니다. α와 β tubulin은 주요 구성 단백질이며, γ tubulin은 미세소관 형성의 핵심적인 역할을 담당합니다. Alpha Tubulin 유전자는 종 간에 높은 보존성을 가지며, Mouse 및 Rat의 Tuba1 유전자와 매우 유사합니다. Northern blotting 연구에 따르면 주로 형태학적으로 분화된 신경 세포에서 발현됩니다.
