Target Information
THRAP3 is a 955 amino acid novel nuclear receptor and a member of the Thyroid hormone receptor-associated proteins with a LISH domain. It is a 150 kDa subunit of the TRAP multiprotein complex and plays an important role in maintaining the structure of the nucleolus and in transcriptional coactivation. It interacts with DKC1, NOP5/NAP65, and fibrillarin, and is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues.
