Why do I have poor DNA/RNA recovery?

1. Homogenization이 불완전할 수 있습니다. 대변 유형에 따라 추가적인 교반이 필요할 수 있으며, 200 mg 초과 투입은 피해야 합니다.
2. 제공된 Elution Buffer E 대신 다른 용액을 사용한 경우 회수율이 저하될 수 있습니다.
3. 에탄올 첨가 누락 시 결합 효율이 낮아질 수 있습니다. 반드시 70% 에탄올을 동량 첨가하십시오.

Why is the elution not performing well in downstream applications?

1. Eluted sample이 갈색인 경우, Binding Buffer E를 첨가 후 얼음 위에서 10분간 인큐베이션하십시오.
2. Wash Solution A로 3회 세척이 필요합니다.
3. Dry spin을 충분히 수행하여 에탄올 잔류를 제거하십시오.
4. Binding Buffer E를 누락하지 않도록 주의하십시오.
5. PCR 조건 최적화가 필요할 수 있습니다.
