ADRBK2, also known as adrenergic beta receptor kinase 2 or GRK3, is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates receptor function.
It shares approximately 85% amino acid similarity with ADRBK1, with 95% similarity in the protein kinase catalytic domain.
ADRBK2 mRNA (~8 kb) shows a distribution pattern similar to ADRBK1, suggesting a family of receptor kinases that broadly regulate receptor activity.
