Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 증류수(DDW)를 사용 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름)

- 도착 후 -20°C에 보관
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능

HTR2B는 5-하이드록시트립타민(세로토닌)에 대한 G-단백질 결합 수용체로, 다양한 에르고트 알칼로이드 및 향정신성 물질에 결합합니다. 리간드 결합은 G 단백질을 통한 신호 전달을 유도하며, 하위 효과기의 활성을 조절합니다. 또한 통증 인식, 행동 조절, 배아 심근세포의 정상적인 증식 및 심장 발달에 관여합니다.
